Cancellation Policy

✨No-Show & Cancellation Policy – Sudlow Retreat ✨ We value your time and appreciate your business! To ensure the best service for all our clients, we kindly ask that you respect our No-Show & Cancellation Policy: 📅 Cancellations: • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. 🚫 No-Shows: • A “no-show” is when a client misses an appointment without notice. • No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • After 2 no-shows, we may require a non-refundable deposit to book future appointments. ❤️We Understand Emergencies: We know life happens!
